3. Pulley type wire drawing machine application:
The set of the machine is ideal equipment drawing wire stock of high, medium and carbon steel, as well as copper, aluminum and alloy. The machines are applied to drawing wire in the factories such as wire-steel factory, metal mesh factory and nail making factory etc.
4. Equipment should be inspected monthly (closed for 4 hours) for thorough maintenance and overhaul.

2) Lubrication of the upper and lower bearing housings and the lifting screw (oil gun refueling).
3) Check the belt and its tension (if the tension is too loose, adjust to the appropriate level).
